Body movement doesn’t have to be complicated nor uncomfortable. You don't need to be flexible or have an athletic build.

Through gentle conscious movement, breathwork, and spontaneous body tremors, you’ll help your body feel more at ease. And you can reconnect with the inner self you cherish and have missed.

When your body is nurtured, and you feel good from within, you can live your life with more joy and energy.

And share that radiant vibe with your children, family, work, and the community around you.

    This class takes place outdoors when weather permits; otherwise, it's held indoors in a marquee (unheated). I recommend wearing extra layers if it's chilly.

    You can schedule this service for 1:30 PM on the day of your “TRE for Two” session. Remember to book your “TRE for Two” appointment separately using the booking system.

  • Experience an intimate setting at a great value:

    This is a regular weekly class designed for two people.

    You're welcome to join solo and share the session with another person. Or you can book with a friend, partner, or family member.

  • The class welcomes everyone, except individuals with epilepsy or seizures, or those in the first three months of pregnancy.

    If you have undergone recent surgery, an operation, or experienced a serious injury, it is advisable to attend when your body has fully recovered.

    If you are experiencing severe anxiety, PTSD, or complex trauma symptoms, I recommend opting for a 1:1 TRE session. This way, I can create a secure space for you and tailor the session to your specific needs.
