Making time for yourself is so important, and yet, alone time is a rarity during motherhood. Mama & baby yoga is the compromise: a class designed with the intention of nurturing you. A simple way to ease back into exercise whilst bonding with your baby and connecting with other mamas.

The class includes 45 mins of very gentle yoga sequences, breathing and relaxation. Followed by 30 mins of chatting with other mamas and babies with a warm cup of herbal tea. Previous yoga experience is not necessary due to the slow and gentle nature of the class.
