This workshop is not a magic pill that will numb uncomfortable sensations and emotions. However, it might offer you a way to find that longed-for sense of balance, where you feel calm and in control, no matter what is happening in your life.
Through guided exercises and spontaneous shaking, you'll learn how to naturally reset your nervous system, so you can feel relaxed and rested.
Perfect for anyone seeking a holistic approach to managing stress, helping you find a way to not feel overwhelmed by your emotions and thoughts. Your body will also have the chance to feel less tense too!
If you have tried TRE before and know how good this practice is, you are welcome to join again. The more, the merrier!

If you are new to TRE, this introductory workshop is for you. Or if you have tried TRE before, and you would like a refresher, you are welcome to join.
The workshop welcomes everyone, except individuals with epilepsy or seizures, or those in the first three months of pregnancy.
If you are experiencing severe anxiety, PTSD, or complex trauma symptoms, I recommend opting for a 1-to-1 TRE session. This way, I can create a secure space for you and tailor the session to your specific needs.
