  • If you are new to TRE, this introductory workshop is for you. Or if you have tried TRE before, and you would like a refresher, you are welcome to join.

    The workshop welcomes everyone, except individuals with epilepsy or seizures, or those in the first three months of pregnancy.

    If you are experiencing severe anxiety, PTSD, or complex trauma symptoms, I recommend opting for a 1-to-1 TRE session. This way, I can create a secure space for you and tailor the session to your specific needs.
