If TRE resonates with you, why not book another session? TRE is designed as a self-help tool, empowering people to use it independently, without continuous assistance. It’s important that you have a solid foundation before you start practising TRE on your own. That’s why I recommend starting with a minimum of 4 sessions with a TRE practitioner.

You can schedule this service for 1:30 PM on the day of your “TRE for Two” session. Remember to book your “TRE for Two” appointment separately using the booking system.

The class welcomes everyone, except individuals with epilepsy or seizures, or those in the first three months of pregnancy.
If you have undergone recent surgery, an operation, or experienced a serious injury, it is advisable to attend when your body has fully recovered.
If you are experiencing severe anxiety, PTSD, or complex trauma symptoms, I recommend opting for a 1:1 TRE session. This way, I can create a secure space for you and tailor the session to your specific needs.

A questo integro elementi di yoga per il benessere delle donne, mindfulness, tecniche di respiro e grounding, per ritrovare radicamento, calma e presenza nel corpo.

Cos’è il metodo TRE®?
Il metodo TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) è un approccio efficace e sicuro che ti aiuta a ritrovare calma e presenza, partendo dal corpo.
Ideato dal dott. David Berceli, si basa su una serie di 7 esercizi pensati per attivare un tremore corporeo spontaneo, chiamato tremore neurogeno.
Questo movimento involontario permette al sistema nervoso di rilassarsi profondamente e al corpo di liberare le tensioni muscolari accumulate, ritrovando il suo equilibrio naturale.
